Orders

 

All Love Dria and Dria the Jeweler creations are all made to order and are final sale. After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipping date for your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at info@lovedria.com.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. A customer service specialist will contact you if additional shipping information and costs are required.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties; that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, the taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is received after the 24-hour period, there will be a restocking fee of $150.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our made-to-order creations, all orders are final. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to info@lovedria.com to get further assistance from our customer service team.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, please email info@lovedria.com and title the subject of your email "EXCHANGE," followed by the order number. We are pleased to assist you with your exchange or offer you store credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the Love Dria Studios. 

If your item qualifies for an exchange, returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

 

Shipping 

 

Complimentary 3-day shipping will automatically be applied during checkout—no code required. Offer applies to shipping on continental U.S., Alaskan, and Hawaiian LoveDria.com orders only. Additional charges for shipping to some U.S. territories may apply.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

If an item can't be shipped in a 3-day time period, a customer service specialist will notify you at the time your order is received.

Expedited Shipping

If your order requires expedited shipping, please contact a customer service specialist at info@lovedria.com for further shipping options.

You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility, and Love Dria no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.

Payment

Love Dria accepts payment via MasterCard, Paypal, and Visa. 

The LoveDria.com website is designed to facilitate easy and convenient payment. However, orders can also be placed by contacting a customer service specialist at info@lovedria.com or by directly messaging the official Love Dria Instagram page @driathejeweler.

Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.

You must comply with the ‎terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment ‎processors. If you have any ‎disputes regarding the processing of your payment, you must deal ‎directly with those third parties to ‎resolve the disputes. You authorize ‎to charge all amounts to the ‎payment method details you provide to us. You represent and warrant that each ‎credit card or other ‎payment method you use for payment to us belongs to you, and you have the right to charge all ‎such ‎payments on the credit card or other payment method.‎
